Gumbo the American Alligator was born September 2022 and is our sanctuary's full time alligator.
Gumbo is being raised to be an ambassador not just for our Sanctuary but for her species. Teaching our community about her species, where they live, and why we don't take them from the wild, and teaching our community about why Alligators don’t make good pets!
